our sustainable materials

Once the collected natural and recycled materials arrive at our facility, they are processed and ground into smaller particles. These particles are then mixed with a binder in a blender and evenly distributed in a casting frame, creating our sustainable materials. The casting frame is compressed in a heated hydraulic press, where the mixture is cured under heat and pressure. Later, the frames are removed from the press and allowed to cool before the sheet is parted.
